Well, I've finally gotten most of the details together for our Annual Fly Fishing Expo held here at our fly shop. This will be the 5th year that we've held this event and it promises to be a festive gathering. Below are some of the attractions we have put together so far. FREE ANTIQUE TACKLE APPRAISALS; Dan Leroux (lumpyslures) and Sante Giuliani (fishnbanjo) have hosted Antique Tackle Appraisals together for over 6 years. Together they have over 50 years experience in vintage tackle. Two years ago Sante was voted one of the most knowledgeable people in the country when it came to antique bamboo fly rods. If you have something you'd like to have appraised, sell, or would just like to learn a little history about, these are the guys that can answer all of your questions, and it's free courtesy of Sante and Danny. That old tackle box or cane rod up in the attic just might help pay for a fishing trip to the Bahamas. Last year Danny showed me a little old cardboard lure box that was worth $1200.00 and that was without the lure!!!!

There will also be a large casting area where you can try casting any rods you wish to. You are welcome to bring your own reels and lines to see how they balance or you can use one of our shop reels and lines.
