NY's Fisherman's Conservation Association president Capt. Frank Crescitelli is interviewed in the attached article from Saltwater Fly Fishing Magazine. Capt. Crescitelli say that making striped bass a gamefish in NY is a prominent goal and they have partnered with Stripers Forever to commission a NY State version of the Southwick Study that will be coming out within the next 60 days.
