The National Marine Fisheries Service is considering opening the EEZ to striper harvest, including commercial fishing. The attachment is a template that you can save to your computer, modify as you wish, print out, and fax and/or mail to NMFS. We hope that you will act today. The deadline for comment to be received is 8/20.
