Stripers Forever - our final count must be in to Christina's next Friday, May 12th. Here is the program of events for the evening banquet; the symposium starts at 1:00 P.M. You don't have to attend one to go to the other. We have a super lineup of donations to auction off. See the web page www.stripersforever.org to view some of the items. Additionally a large number of great raffles will give everyone a crack at even the best prizes. The printed, distributed, and promoted results of the symposium will be an important message for striped bass conservation for years to come. PROGRAM OF EVENTS
4:30-7:00 Cocktails, Fishtales, Silent Auction, Raffles Please register at the welcome table and be sure to obtain a bid paddle card with your bid number. You must have a bid number to bid on silent and live auction items.
Silent Auction The silent auction is conducted with written bids (using your bid number) entered on bid sheets placed next to the items. New bids will increase the previous bid by the recommended bid increment shown on each sheet (either $5, $10, or $20). There will be announcements warning you of the end of the silent auction just prior to dinner. Winners will be announced during dinner. MA sales tax applies.
7:00–8:00 Welcome, drawing for: Door Prize, Table of 8, Buy a Ticket-Get 2 raffles tickets. Buffet Dinner served.
8:00-8:15 Silent auction winners will be announced. Striper Pull Tab winners, Pick of the Live Auction winner, and the Presidents’ Drawing winner announced.
8:15 9:00 Live Auction Use your bid card for bidding on live auction items. MA sales tax applies. Bucket Raffle winners will be drawn.
9:00 Check Out Once the invoices have been completed, you may proceed to the Check Out Room.

Bucket Raffles (3) Visit the Raffle Pit or see a roving Raffle Salesman. Purchase your bucket raffle tickets during the silent auction & dinner. The three bucket raffles contain a total value of approximately $1500. Tickets are 2 for $5, 5 for $10, or 12 for $20. Drop one copy of the ticket into the bucket of your choice. Keep the other copy for claiming your prize. You must be present to win.
Pick of the Live Auction Raffle Visit the Raffle Pit to buy a chance to win an item in the Live Auction. The more tickets sold the more live auction items the winner gets to choose from. The values of the live auction items range from $450 to $3500. Tickets are $20 each. Buy a 5 ticket pack for $100, get a SF gift. You must be present to win.
